Edit your payment method


Note: only admins, finance and account owners can edit the payment method

You can update the payment method within your account at any time.


  • Select Admin from the top menu
  • From the dropdown menu select Billing
  • A billing overview of your account will be displayed including your subscription details, payment method, billing information and invoice history (see below)

  • Under the Payment method select the Edit button
  • A Payment method panel will appear (see below)

  • Enter in your new card number, expiry date, CVC number, country and postal code
  • Select the Save button to update your details
  • Viewteam will update your details and you'll see a 'Payment method saved ' success message. It can take up to a minute for your new card details to show under Payment method
