Cancelling your subscription

Note: only owners can cancel a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Click on the Admin dropdown in the navigation bar and click Account settings
Now choose Account management
To cancel click Cancel subscription
A popup box will appear (see below)

Enter your password for confirmation
Select the Confirm button

You will continue to have access to Viewteam until the end of your billing period. If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time before the end of your billing period.
