Cancel a booking
Option 1 - From My bookings page
- Click on the Manage bookings dropdown in the navigation bar and click My bookings
- For each booking there is a Cancel button
- You can cancel your booking by clicking on it in your calendar, and clicking the Delete button (see below)
- You can also cancel your booking by clicking on the bin icon on the right side of the screen, next to the booking (see below)
- A Cancel booking popup will show (see below)
- If you want to proceed with cancelling the booking, click the Confirm button
- To cancel this action, click Keep booking link
Option 2 - From Make a booking page
- Your bookings are represented by a blue dot on the floor plan, and you can also see your bookings on the list panel to the right
- You may cancel your booking by either clicking on the blue dot representing your booking on the floor plan and then clicking the bin icon, or by clicking the bin icon from the list view in the right-hand panel (see below)
- By clicking on the bin icon, a Cancel booking popup will show (see below)
- If you want to proceed with cancelling the booking, click the Confirm button
- To cancel this action, click Keep booking link
Note: you will not receive an email confirmation for cancelling your booking
