Setting your favourite location and floor plan

Setting a favourite location or floor plan will update the default routing for Make a booking, allowing it to take you directly to your favourite, enabling faster bookings. It will also put your favourite at the top of the list.

Option 1 - From your profile settings

• Click on the Profile (your name) dropdown in the navigation bar and click Profile settings

• Click on the Account preferences tab
• From here you can update your favourite location and floor plan using the dropdowns (see below)

• When you are happy, click Save and your changes will be saved

Option 2 - From Make a booking

• Click Make a booking in the navigation bar
• You will see a screen displaying your locations
• Each location has a heart icon to the left of the location name (see below)
• To favourite a location, click on the heart icon from the card or list view

• The location will then move to the first place in the list of locations and the heart icon will become solid

Favouriting a floor plan is very similar:

• After selecting a location, you will see all of the floor plans for that location
• Each floor plan has a heart icon to the left of the floor plan name (see below)
• To favourite a floor plan, click on the heart icon from the card or list view

• The floor plan will then move to the first place in the list of floor plans and the heart icon will become solid
