Reactivating your subscription

Note: only owners can reactivate a subscription

If you've cancelled your subscription, you can reactivate it at any time before the end of your billing period.

  • Click on the Admin dropdown in the navigation bar and click Account settings
  • Now choose Account management
  • Click Reactivate subscription


  • A popup box will appear (see below)

  • Enter your password for confirmation
  • Select the Confirm button
  • Your subscription will now be reactivated and will continue as before following the same billing period
