Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password you can reset it at any time.

• Navigate to the Forgotten your password page

• Enter the email address you use to login with
• Click Submit
• You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  • the link will expire in 1 hour
  • do not share the link with anyone
  • if you haven't received an email please check your spam folder
• After clicking the Reset password link you will be taken to a page to enter your new password

• Enter your new password and confirm password
• Once happy, click Submit and your password will be reset
• You will be redirected to the login page

• You will receive a confirmation email saying your password has been reset
• All Viewteam sessions will be logged out and you will need to login again
