Inviting users to Viewteam
Note:
- Only admins and account owners can invite users
- You can only send invites to users with the status of Created, Pending or Expired
Option 1 - Inviting a single user
- Click on the Admin dropdown in the navigation menu and click User management
- Click on the edit icon of the user you'd like to invite
- If the user has a Created status, click Send invite, to send the user an invite
- If the user has a Pending or Expired status, click Resend invite, to send the user a new invite
Note: only the most recent invite is valid
Option 2 - Inviting multiple users
- Click on the Admin dropdown in the navigation menu and click User management
- Select the checkboxes next to the users you'd like to invite
- When you've selected all the users you'd like to invite, click on the envelope icon in the multi edit bar
- Click Send invites, to send invites to the selected users
