Understanding spaces
Spaces in Viewteam are physical locations that allow users to book or reserve. Spaces are contained under a location within a floor plan. These spaces can be:
- Desks - Employees can book desks in advance for a designated timeframe.
- Meeting rooms - Rooms can be reserved for meetings and collaborations.
- Parking spaces - Availability of parking spaces can potentially be managed through the system
- Breakout areas - Employees can book breakout areas in advance for a designated timeframe, perfect for informal meetings.
