Advanced data analysis

• Click on the Admin dropdown in the navigation menu and click Dashboard

Overview stats

• Utilisation - How many spaces were utilised out of the total
• Users / day - Average number of users in per day over the specified time period
• Bookings - Total number of bookings
• Change in utilisation - The difference between the specified time period previously, so if you picked a date range of 1 month, it will then calculate the difference between that month and the previous month

Capacity and utilisation graph

• This graph gives you a visual comparison showing
  • Capacity limit
  • Comparison between current utilisation (blue) and previous utilisation for that date range (grey)

In-depth statistics

• Users can hover over the graph points and bars to gain better insight on that particular day
  • Hovering on a point within the capacity line, gives you the following break down on that day for:
    • Total bookable hours on that day
    • Total number of spaces available
    • Average bookable hours per space

• Hovering over the Utilisation bar gives you the following break down on that day for:
  • Utilisation percentage
  • Total booking count
• Hovering over the grey bar will give you the same breakdown as above, but for the previous date range
