Enable all booking email notifications
Note: only the owner and admins can update the account configuration
By default, users receive in-app confirmation when they create or update their own bookings, but they do not receive email notifications. Enabling this configuration turns on email notifications for those actions.
Any bookings or updates made by a user for another user, will always be notified via email to the affected user, including the name of the user who actioned it.
To update this:
- Select Admin from the top menu
- From the dropdown menu select Configuration
- Select the Settings tab
- You can now toggle the Enable all booking email notifications on or off
- Click Save to apply your changes
