Block guest bookings

Note: only the owner and admins can update the account configuration

By default, all users can make guest bookings. Enabling this configuration will turn off the ability for all users to make bookings for guests.


To update this:

  • Select Admin from the top menu
  • From the dropdown menu select Configuration
  • Select the Settings tab
  • You can now toggle the Limit desk bookings on or off

  • When enabled, you can optionally give admins the ability to make bookings for guests. You can do this by toggling Allow admins to make bookings for guests on

  • You can also optionally give individual users the ability to make bookings for guests. This can be configured within user management
  • Click Save to apply your changes
