View and filter logs
Note: only the owner and admins can view logs
Events in Viewteam are logged within the Event log.
To view the Event log:
- Select Admin from the top menu
- From the dropdown menu select Event log
Logs are made up of:
- Date and time: When the event occurred
- Action: A brief description of what happened (e.g., space updated, user booking, user login)
- Actioned by: The user that triggered the event
- Attributed to: What or who the event affects
- Status: Whether the event was successful or not
Filter logs
You can filter logs by date range, actions and actioned by.
To filter by date range:
- Click on Choose date
- You can then select a pre defined range, or select a custom range
- Click Apply to filter by your selected date range
To filter by action and actioned by:
- Click Filter
- Select Actions or Actioned by
- You can then select one or more items to filter by
- Click Apply to apply the filters
- To reset the filters, click Clear filters
