Understanding floor plan status settings

Note: only admins and owners can add, edit floor plans

Each floor plan has its own status, which is set to 'Active' by default. Learn how to change the status of a floor plan here.

Status definitions

Active: The floor plan is visible to the rest of the company and can be used to make bookings.

Inactive: The floor plan is shown to the rest of the company but marked as unavailable, and cannot be used to make bookings.

Hidden: The floor plan is not visible to the rest of the company and cannot be used to make bookings.
