Understanding reserved spaces and zones

Viewteam has the ability to assign users to spaces. Once a space is assigned, only those designated users can book it. Other users can still see these spaces, but they will be shown as reserved and will not be available to book.

Spaces can be assigned individually or to multiple users as needed, and there's no limit to the number of spaces you can assign.

Zones are a collection of assigned spaces. This feature is particularly useful for teams or departments that need to sit together and don't want other people to book the spaces.

If you need to reserve a space for specific individuals, simply set them as assigned users. This ensures that their space remains booked solely for their use, preventing others from making bookings.
