Getting started for employees
Note: only admins and owners can create accounts
- You will receive an invitation email (see below) that is generated by your admin asking you to set and confirm a password for your account
- Please note that the invitation is only valid for 72 hours, if expired, you will need to re-request this from the account admin or owner
- Once logged in, you will be presented with the make a booking screen (see below), from here you can select your location and see the availability and number of the floor plans under that location
Upon selecting your desired location you will be presented with the floor plan(s) for that location (see below), from here you can
- select a floor to quickly book a desk or room
- See who else is in on each day and where they're sitting
- Book your team members in if you're having a team catch-up day
- To update your details, click your avatar and name from within the top right of the navigation menu from here you can.
- Update personal information such as full name and add a profile picture.
- Update account preferences, set a favourite location and floor plan
- Security settings, change your password or enable two-factor authentication
